Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for the ApnaSalary Pro license. We want the process to be fair and clear. If anything is unclear, email us at support@apnasalary.in and we'll help.

What you are buying

Pro is a one-time digital license (currently ₹299) that unlocks bulk salary slip generation, adding your company logo, and removing the watermark. It is delivered instantly — the license key is shown on-screen and emailed to you the moment your payment succeeds. Because it is a digital good delivered immediately, refunds are necessarily limited, but we offer clear exceptions below.

7-day refund if the license was never used

If you purchased Pro but have not actually used it — that is, the bulk feature never generated any slips and you never used Pro to remove a watermark or add a logo — you can request a full refund within 7 daysof purchase. This lets you buy with confidence: if you change your mind and haven't used what you paid for, you get your money back.

Full refund for duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged more than once for the same license, or a payment went through but no license key was delivered to you (for example due to a technical error), we will refund the duplicate or undelivered charge in full. There is no time limit tied to using the product for these cases — reach out whenever you notice the issue.

When refunds are not available

Outside the cases above, refunds are generally not available once the Pro license has been delivered and used — for example, after you have generated bulk slips or exported documents without the watermark using Pro. This is standard for instantly delivered digital goods. If you experienced a genuine problem (a bug, a failed export, a document that didn't generate), contact us first — we would much rather fix it or make it right than leave you stuck.

How to request a refund

Email support@apnasalary.in from the email address used at purchase and include:

  • your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with "pay_") or order ID;
  • the email address used at checkout; and
  • a short note on why you're requesting the refund.

We may ask a quick follow-up question to confirm the license wasn't used, then process eligible refunds promptly.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. The refund typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll confirm by email once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellations

Pro is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel — you will never be charged again for the license you bought.
